"I wish all my family and friends were in the market to buy/sell a home because I would 1000% recommend Cody to them. He helped me with my recent home purchase. It was my first time buying a home and I didn’t realize how important it is to have a knowledgeable person in your corner. Whether it was talking to the sellers, setting up home tours, or questioning details from the loan officer, Cody was constantly involved and acting as a voice for me. It’s almost like he was a one-stop-shop for anything regarding a home. I’m a very wishy washy person who doesn’t know what I like sometimes, but one thing Cody was great at was asking questions and listening to my responses about homes during our tours. He quickly was able to have a sense of what I wanted and gather homes that he thought I’d have interest in. I never felt judged or pressured throughout my search which made the process so much more comfortable. It’s a huge decision and to be able to have a professional who truly has your best interest at heart is everything. One other thing to mention that I really appreciated was Cody’s dependability. He was always on time if not early to our tours. He was constantly checking in at the right times during the process. He always answered/responded to my calls/texts in a timely manner. He was just always there, either in person or phone call, which made me stress less..and I really appreciated that. Thank you Cody!"
